About the Role:

We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to work alongside our social team across notable motorsport accounts, as well as projects within Pace Six Four, and our wider client roster.  

You’ll be at the heart of some of the most exciting stories in modern-day motorsport, working alongside a wide range of talent to deliver industry-leading paid campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Project manage all campaign activities, including creative development, setup, testing, and quality assurance
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals
  • Work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and social teams to align campaign content requirements
  • Develop, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) within budget and brand guidelines
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, new technologies, and platform updates to ensure best-in-class campaign delivery
  • Working closely with the Marketing Operations team to produce high-quality client-facing reports to clearly present campaign results and optimisation recommendations
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
  • Conduct audience, placement, and creative research to inform campaign strategy
  • Continuously optimise campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, creative, and bidding as needed

Essential Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of paid social media strategy across key social media platforms  
  • Proven experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics/reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and platform updates
