About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the team, covering the full Pace Six Four client roster and leading the business forward as a strategic advisor to the Senior Management Team.

You’ll be at the heart of some of the most exciting stories in modern-day motorsport, working alongside a talented group of fellow creatives to deliver industry leading content and digital engagement.

Please note that, while this role is predominantly office / remote-based, it will also involve regular travel to client headquarters as required. The role may also occasionally involve working offset hours and / or weekends, with lieu days issued in return for each weekend day worked.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Marketing Operations in developing workflow processes that drive efficiency, ensure deadlines are met and maximise client satisfaction scores, taking the lead on implementation of the above once approved
  • Maintain oversight of relevant client accounts by attending relevant internal and external meetings, both virtual and in person as required
  • Build close working relationships with key client figures, acting as the main point of contact for all operational and relationship management queries
  • Support the Head of Strategy in building brand, digital and content strategies for ongoing and campaign-specific applications, taking the lead on implementation of the above once approved
  • Lead the client performance evaluation process internally and externally, producing insightful and well-presented reports covering key data metrics, activation overviews, progress against objectives and operational feedback
  • Organise and lead internal brainstorming and creative sessions, encouraging company-wide participation and fostering a culture of campaign-focused thinking in all content streams
  • Collaborate with relevant Department Heads to manage team rotas, ensuring appropriate levels of coverage across all accounts at all times and clear communication of resource availability internally and externally
  • Play a central role in developing and maintaining the operational and cultural progression of the company as a strategic advisor to the Management Team

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to balance a wide range of stakeholders and workflows, a keen eye for detail, and a work ethic to match
  • Solid understanding of key social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of other digital platforms, including website CMS, media DAM, email distribution and social media analytics tools
